During the Interview
1. Put the interviewer at ease by addressing any visible disability.
2. Participate fully in the discussion & not just answer questions.
3. Maintain the appropriate control of the interview by keeping the interview focused on your abilities not the disability.
4. Inform the employer of any accommodations needed & how they can be achieved.
5. Show your ability to manage your disability.
6. Conclude the interview by reiterating your qualifications & giving the interviewer the opportunity to ask any further questions.
