- 6. Do not soak your feet.
- 7. Exercise daily. Do foot exercises. Exercise gives you better blood flow.
- 8. Eat whole-grain, high-fibre cereals or oatmeal with skim or 1 percent milk.
- 9. Make sure you're not depressed.
